WCBC Revival Trio and Dr. Mark Rasmussen Coming to GPBC This Sunday Morning!
Dr Mark Rasmussen and the WCBC Revival Trio will be our guests this Sunday morning, July 21, 2019! Starting at 9:45AM, Dr Rasmussen and the WCBC Revival Trio will meet in the gymnasium with the GPBC Ignite Teen Ministry and the Crossroads College and Career Class for a combined Sunday School session!
At 11AM, Dr Rasmussen will be preaching during the Worship Service and the WCBC Revival Trio will provide special music! This is going to be a great day to invite lost friends and family members! Make sure to come! You will be glad that you did!

GPBC Prepares for the Lord’s Supper
Sunday, June 30, 2019 at 6pm
Almost 2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ left two ordinances for the New Testament Local Church.
- The first was Believer’s Baptism, Matt 28:19-20, Acts 2:41
- The second was the Lord’s Supper Matthew 26:26-29; 1 Corinthians 11:23-32.
Neither are a means of grace or salvation. Both are to call believers to remember and reflect the wonderful grace of God extended to every believer.
This Sunday night, June 30, 2019, GPBC will once again serve the Lord’s Supper in obedience to Paul said in 1 Cor 11:26, “For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.”
As we come to the Lord’s Table, may we remember what George F. MacLeod said years ago: “Jesus was crucified, not in a cathedral between two candles, but on a cross between two thieves”…and He did it all so that we could be forgiven and have a home in Heaven forever with Him.
The exercise of the Lord’s Supper must be much more than just a religious ritual. It must be a personal discipline and exercise of worship and devotion of every Christian “in spirit and in truth.”
Coming to the Lord’s Table allows us to both personally and corporately say, “Thank you Lord for saving my soul, thank you Lord for making me whole. Thank you Lord for giving to me, thy great salvation so rich and free!”
As your pastor, let me encourage every member to prepare themselves both scripturally and spiritually for this important event. According to Christ’s command as individuals, we are called to “examine” our own selves, and as a church, we are to be in one accord with the Lord, His Word, and one another. Please read and study 1 Corinthians 11 to prepare for this ordinance.

2019 Vacation Bible School & Teen Rally is Here!
Starts this Monday June 24 and goes through Friday, June 28, 2019, 9am-Noon
Kids who are entering Kindergarten (K5) through 6th Grade are invited to join us for Vacation Bible School! Pastor Scott McFeters will be leading our VBS this year! Register Here!

The Crown College Men’s Trio Coming to GPBC

On Sunday, June 23, the Men’s Trio from The Crown College will be our special guests! They will be singing and preaching in the Teen Department during Sunday School and then provide Special music in the Sunday Morning Service and Preaching in the Teen Service!
